This Episode: Your Value Is Not Determined By Your Business
This is one of the most important lessons you can learn as an entrepreneur. You are not your business. The success of your business does not determine your value. It’s important to remember that there are so many other parts of you that make up who you are as a person. You are already successful simply because of the courage it takes to start something on your own.

You made an important point when i first saw you at a VDTA keynote: Do not let your employees hold you hostage. As a small business owner at the in between stage as big enough for employees but still more a self-employed with coworkers than business owner with employees.
I needed that advice back then, and need today’s advice today.
