Thanks Bob, that’s good stuff! Can I suggest a 5th step that should stem naturally if you’re doing steps 1 through 4 well? Turn your “TOMA” customers into your very own marketing army. Give them an experience, a community, a product, that they cannot help but tell all their friends about. If you have 500 TOMA customers telling all their friends and family about your shop, you’re going to see incredible growth!
