Thanks for the compliment, Stephen! A well-worded ad can detail specific skill sets required for a role, and even a simple conversation can uncover skills and experience a candidate has to offer. But I often find that hiring the person with the right energy and attitude is the most important, and then I can TEACH the specific skills I need them to have.
Always be recruiting, don’t wait until you need someone. And your people can recruit for you as well.
