Thanks Bob, bad chicken is very similar to turkey! Having my radar on all the time for ‘good chickens’ is when I succeeded recruiting the right staff, not just when I’m desperate for ‘warm bodies’. The other challenge is being able to realise the chickens potential given the right environment to flourish. Our most recent hire is like that coming from a dead end job in a supermarket to becoming a very competent picture framer. She displayed the right attitude of wanting to improve herself and her skill set. Thanks again for reminding us of ‘the rule’. Regards Stephen
