I was out of breath myself by the end of this talk. BUNDLES are the way. With our beds, you get a free sheet set, with one pillow the second is 50% off. AND We always have a desirable item that can “now” be added on creating a bundle. Especially useful at holidays when you add an item that could be given as a gift to another family member.
One of our key trainings is to teach our staff NOT to shop with their wallet, but with the customers.
