Thanks Bob, it’s always good to be reminded of the importance to casting a vision, and ensuring the business is working for me and not visa versa. My current vision statement is aged (like me) so it’s time for a refresh. Zingermans has come across my radar several times when addressing this, so I must plan to visit when I’m in the USA next.
