When the credit is used on visit #7, does the amount of store credit they spent on that visit count toward their next 6-box card?
I did the holiday training on Thursday and Friday. On Friday, we got really busy and I had to jump off. Is there a replay or a place that I can ask questions?
We are using an personal electronic version of the six box. To be eligible the client must get their loyalty card and provide their email address. After each purchase, we send them a status of their six box purchase. Once they reach 6 visits, we send them an email with their gift certificate. The visit count starts over at the beginning of every year. In early December, we send to our clients a reminder if they only have 1 or 2 visits left creating an urgency to come before the end of the year.
